Earl Piercing

You can get as creative as you can with piercings, that is if you are game for all the pain and troubles that follow after.

Nose, Ear, Naval and Nipple piercings may seem very usual… if you want to make a very unusual and unique style statement then you can try a Earl Piercing. The Earl is the tissue that runs along the bridge i.e above the top of the nose.

Like all the other surface piercings the idea is to pierce a place where there is enough tissue to pierce. The Nape piercings are pierced with 1.6mm gauge jewelry common for surface piercings. Surface piercings use jewelry made of a flexible and biologically inert material such as PTFE. It offers best chances at preventing migration and rejection, though both are commonplace with this piercing.

It takes about 8 weeks to heal completely. Although there might be some problems that are common to surface piercings throughout. Surface piercings require special attention with  regular cleaning, care. So a little care would work wonders in healing your piercing quick and helping your skin tissue to accept the jewelry.
