  1. Firstly make an outline of the figure you want with a pen.
  2. Now color it with waterproof eyeliner, you can use glitter to highlight the tattoo. Also, make use of colors to make your tattoo look pretty.
  3. Now let it dry by sitting under the fan for some time.
  4. Once dried, flaunt off your arms or wrists, whichever part you have the tattoo on.
  5. Now that you are through with the tattoo, and its time to clean up, use alcohol, or wash it away with water and soap. Also one can make use of make-up wipes to clean up the tattoo.
