Baby Ear Piercing:

Baby ear piercing is a very tough and painful task, It is more hurting to a mother than her baby.

Most of the parents like to see their babies getting pierced as early as possible. But the American academy of Pediatrics suggests to wait, until the baby is matured enough to fight the infection that can cause after piercing.

Ear piercing is a cultural and traditional event practised largely in India. In some parts of the country, the ear piercing ceremony is done on the 12th 0r 13th day of the baby’s birth. While some wait for three – four months.

Doctors suggest the parents to hold on to the event, until the baby is vaccinated with tetanus for two times. By the time the baby will be old enough to bare the pain and can handle any kind of irritation.
