Long story short it got infected and healed bad so I had to basically rip the lip ring out. I pierced my lip a few hours ago with a proper needle and everything and the inside is all purple and it's still kind of bleeding, is that normal for it to bleed? the top of my lower lip (on the outer top part) is purple too but I assumed it was from the forceps I used that caused it to bruise. I still have a bump on the inside right underneith the piercing from my last attempt, will that affect it any? It's been about a month since I took the old ring out so it should be healed by now maybe.
